Cronenburgh
2009-2011, Loenen a/d Vecht, The Netherlands

The latest addition to the typical Dutch village of Loenen, is the new urban area Cronenburgh. Inspired by the DNA of the old village, no lot is alike and the prototype of the typical “Dutch House” has all kinds of different architectural interpretations. More than 50% of the houses are realized by private development, guided by a set of overall design rules.

Project developers have worked with architects Jo Crépain, Humblé Neuhof, AWG, Gosfeld. Private development by residents and their architects.
