
Adriaan Geuze speaks at MOMA symposium ‘Rethinking Landscape with Le Corbusier’
On Friday, 13th September, at 1:15-3:00 pm Prof. Geuze will be joining a panel to discuss “The Landscape of Infrastructure” with Guy Nordenson, Carlos Eduardo Comas and Keller Easterling.
This discussion is organized in conjunction with the exhibition, Le Corbusier: An Atlas of Modern Landscapes, this full-day symposium considers Le Corbusier’s exploration of landscape in the context of current architectural theory and practice.
From domestic spaces to urban landscapes to infrastructure design, this program will investigate Le Corbusier’s work historically, while considering the widespread influence of his ideas today. This program was organized by exhibition curators Barry Bergdoll and Jean-Louis Cohen.
Participants include Dorothée Imbert, Caroline Constant, Tim Benton, Carlos Eduardo Comas, Anthony Vidler, and Mia Lehrer, Guy Nordenson, Keller Easterling, and Sébastien Marot.
