Drexel Station at 30th Street opens on Drexel Square!

Last month, on April 8, Drexel University celebrated the official reopening of the upgraded and renamed Drexel Station at 30th Street. Located at 3000 Market Street in Philadelphia, the station is one of the most heavily used transit hubs of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) network.

Positioned adjacent to 30th Street Station and the new Drexel Station, the opening further embeds Drexel Square as a gateway between University City and Center City, as the cornerstone of the vibrant innovation district of Schuylkill Yards. West 8 designed and implemented Drexel Square as the first phase of the Schukyll Yards master plan, the visionary transformation by private partnership of Drexel University and Brandywine Realty Trust.
