First custom light poles placed in Toronto

The first light posts designed by the joint venture West 8 + DTAH have been placed along the Waters’ Edge Promenade in Toronto. The specially designed fixtures, featuring a sculptural shroud at the base, a wooden pole, and Olivio lamps, will be implemented throughout the design team’s projects on the Toronto Waterfront, including at Queens Quay and East Bayfront. The light posts are part of a family of furnishings and fixtures designed for the Toronto Waterfront which includes mosaics, benches, wavedecks and bridges.
