Ice skating at Leidsche Rijn Park

Even though the Leidsche Rijn park it is still under construction, people already could enjoy ice skating at the Binnenhof. The past few weeks people came from far and near to have a good time at the many frozen ponds and ditches.

The Binnenhof is a 50-hectare green courtyard and is part of the design West 8 made for Project Development Leidsche Rijn. This part of the park will be officicaly opend at the end of 2009 and offers woods, water courses, pedestrian areas, playground and formal avenues which create a secluded green inner world that can be entered only through gateways.
