West 8 wins two awards at Russian National Awards for Landscape Architecture

Two West 8 projects have won awards at the 'XI Russian National Awards for Landscape Architecture'.

West 8's Vander Park won this year’s Gold Diploma award for Best completed residential environment improvement > 1 hectare.

In addition, West 8, in collaboration with Linda Bird and New Holland: Cultural Urbanization, won another Gold Diploma with the latest phase of New Holland Island in the category Best realized public space < 1 hectare. The winning phase includes the lush ‘Garden Walk’, which wraps around a newly renovated 18th-century monument - House 12.

The Russian National Award for Landscape Architecture was established by the Association of Landscape Architects of Russia (ALAROS), together with the Union of Architects of Russia and the Union of Moscow Architects. For more information, and to see the full list of winners (only available in Russian), click here.
