Paradijshof in Nieuw Crooswijk has been shortlisted for the 10th edition of the Rotterdam Architecture Prize (RAP). The prize honors the best building in Rotterdam and is awarded to an entire project team: client, designer and builder.
Paradijshof consists of 43 townhouses situated around a green collective courtyard. It is one of the final projects of West 8’s master plan for New Crooswijk.
A total of 47 projects were submitted this year. A jury of experts examined the submissions and shortlisted ten projects. In addition to the jury prize, a public prize will also be awarded.
