Inspired by the DNA of the old village, no lot is alike – the prototype of the typical “Dutch House” has all kinds of different architectural interpretations.
The latest addition to the typical Dutch village of Loenen is the new urban area of Cronenburgh. More than 50% of the houses are realized by private development, guided by a set of overall design rules. Project developers have worked with architects Jo Crépain, Humblé Neuhof, AWG, and Gosfeld.
