The Jubliee Gardens wins British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) award

For the past 26 years the BALI awards have recognised BALI members who have demonstrated exceptionally high standards of professionalism and skill in the execution of a wide variety of landscaped schemes.

Jubilee Gardens received the award in the category Hard Landscaping – Construction cost over £1.5 million. The project was submitted by Frost Landscape Construction.

As Architect and Landscape Designer for the park, West 8 worked closely with Frost Landscape Construction to ensure the design for the park was successfully realised. The judges had this to say about the garden, “a high profile scheme with high specifications and a high level of build and craftsmanship.”

The award ceremony took place at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane in London on Friday 7th December 2012. The award is one of a series of accolades that recognise the transformation of the Jubilee Gardens into a lush green urban landscape.
