West 8 speaks at the Society of Italian Urbanists (SIU) conference in Naples

West 8 was invited by Society of Italian Urbanists to take part in the XVI National Conference on ‘different urban growth’ in Naples on the 9-10th of May 2013.

Daniel Vasini, architect, urban designer and project leader presents some of West 8 recent award-winning projects. Particulary those which illustrate the inhabitation of innovative spaces. Daniel brings to the fore his expertise in Waterfront design and careful natural resource management.

The conference addresses the rapid change that is sweeping the urbanist act in a context of increasing complexity and flexibility of planning practice. As expressed in the globalization of values.
